Overview:
Prepare for a day of awesome military styled high jinks as you bust a few well aimed pellets at your opponents! This brilliant Paintball site is set in 100 acres of dense woodland, forming part of a 600 acre forest called Stoke Wood. The site boasts eighteen separate and unique gaming areas including Bridge Siege, Fort Complex, Trench games and Jungle Swamp games. To aid cover during game play, many barricades have been erected with naturally wasted logs and branches. The terrain varies from fairly open areas with large mature trees to extremely dense, almost dark, pine forest. During the day you are set an exciting range of objectives and activities all designed to test your mental ability and physical agility to the full in a fun, competitive atmosphere.
Format:
During all missions, game play will be totally supervised by experienced marshals who will accompany your group throughout the day. After arrival and check-in, all players will be given full instruction and tuition, including safety briefing, by one of the game managers. Players will also be kitted out with the latest equipment (anti mist goggles, camo overalls, paintball marker etc.) before being taken deep into the forest to begin your paintball adventure. Game referees will explain the objective of each game scenario then it's up to you and your team to develop a strategy to outwit the opposition and win the game.
Game Zones:
Here are just a few basic details about some of the wide range of games that are played. The organisers are entirely flexible to your requirements on the day and there is no set games sequence - You play your favourites!
Flag Runner:
The classic paintball scenario. Each team starts from a base camp with a flag in the centre of each camp. The object is to capture the opposing team's flag and return it to your own base. First team to achieve the objective wins. But remember the clock is running - fast, frantic action all the way!
Bridge Assault:
Two teams - one ninety foot bridge between them… with a flag in the middle! You'll probably start this game with a deal of caution, but again the clock's running and first team to get the flag wins. Definitely a good game for the Kamikaze amongst you!
Bank Raid:
Gold bars & Silver bars are stored in a Bank. Objective: Raid the Bank and return the bars to your camp. Each bar returned to your base camp scores points - more for gold than silver. How are you going to do it? Remember, the opposition has the same objective and the clock's still running!
Medic:
The only game where you have a chance of continuing to play after being hit. Each team has a 'Medic' which can restore your health if you've been hit. If your medic is hit, then your team is at a serious disadvantage, so protect your medic at all costs!
Downed Pilot:
Your team's reconnaissance pilot has crash landed! He's in the enemy base camp and needs help. It's imperative that you locate him and stretcher him back to base, but first you have to penetrate the enemy camp. They will be vigorously defending their base!
