Event Overview:
This one will settle all those pub arguments about who is the best driver. Teams are responsible for arranging their own race strategy, arranging suitable timing for driver changes and refueling stops - ensuring they spend as much time as possible on the track!

The venue has electronic lap timing to enhance each race and ramp up the competition element – if you fail to win the race you can always get as much satisfaction by setting the fastest lap time.

Race Format:
There are 1, 2 & 3 hour formats available. After a practice session, you will have the allotted time to complete as many laps as possible.

The Track:
The premier track Ipswich, this 200m circuit includes chicanes, s-bends and a long straight.

The Karts:
9.5hp karts that will reach up to 40mph, some speed when your backside is 2” from the track.

Food:
Buffets and hot food available

No hiding as part of a team in the grand prix event, each person is on their own as you separate the Schumachers from the Sunday drivers. The venue has electronic lap timing to enhance each race and ramp up the competition element – if you fail to win the race you can always get as much satisfaction by setting the fastest lap time.

Race Format:
Practice Laps – around 10 laps each
Heats – Five 6-lap heats each with 6 drivers in each heat
Semi-Final – 6 laps for all drivers
Final – 15 laps for top 6 drivers

Approx 2 - 4 hours depending on numbers
