Overview:
The instructors take pride in introducing novices to this exciting sport, with the aim of making you a top marksman by the end of the session (well, able to hit the thing anyway). The session will involve using several different types of trap (this affects the path, speed and direction of way the clay flies to simulate the movement of different types of animal, from a duck dropping onto a pond, to bounding rabbits and cross flying pigeons). A scoring system is incorporated into the event, to build up the element of competition and provoke after match banter.

Food and refreshments are available from an excellent pub located just 100 metres from the shooting ground.
