 Clay target shooting is set into the natural landscape, providing all sorts of simulated game targets for the complete beginner to the ‘top gun’ pros! An instructor will be on hand to lead everyone through this challenging sport with each shooter receiving 30 clays to take a pop at. All necessary equipment is available at the centre; there are guns to suit each individual whether it be a 12 bore, 20 bore or a .410 shotgun, and ear defenders will be provided. The clay targets are launched from electrically operated traps - the release is by the push of a button - and you will be given full instruction on how to hit that flying target! Three disciplines of clay shooting will be attempted: firing at a bird going away from you; firing at a bird flying towards you and firing at a bird crossing in front of you. There are 10 shooting stands available; up to 6 people can situated at a stand.
