 Overview:
Set in 1930s Chicago where Gangster and Molls, trench coats and Tommy guns were the order of the day, this theme captures the spirit of bootlegging, ‘moonshine’ and the infamous gangland atmosphere creating a perfect setting for a prohibition party in the hidden arches below London Bridge.
Guests are ushered along a back street ally to be transported into the underground bar for reception drinks. Low-level seating and mood lighting all add to the atmospheric setting.
Your guests will make their way thorough to our undercover jazz club where they will enjoy a delicious meal, luxurious draping, smartly dressed tables and atmospheric lighting.
After dinner, the Chicago! Style Jazz club will come to life. The fun casino will open for guests to try their luck and our fantastic band and DJ will take to the stage to ensure a busy dance floor for the rest of the night.

Starters:
Scottish smoked salmon celeriac remoulade, with a lightly herbed dressing
Spinach, feta and leek tart with a salad garnish and herb oil dressing (v)
Main Course:
Confit leg of duck rosemary creamed potatoes, red cabbage, honey roast parsnips and duck jus
Ricotta and spinach cannelloni rich spiced tomato sauce, rocket and shaved parmesan (v)
Dessert :
Chocolate rum truffle terrine, berry compote
