During dinner your guests will be entertained by our vivacious dance act set to stun and amaze your guests. After this the DJ will take over with your favourite party tunes to round off this glamorous evening.

Fillet of salmon, pickled mouli, asian dressing and coriander shoots
Tarte fine of roasted tomatoes and mozzarella, nicoise olive tapenade, field greens and Basil vinaigrette (v)
Main Course
Roasted breast of Barbary duck with an apple and pea mash, buttered Bok Choy & a five spice scented jus
Jerusalem artichoke and mushroom pithiviers on savoy cabbage and crème fraiche with a celeriac Dauphinoise and a cèpe jus (v)
