Enter the conservatory this Christmas to be mesmerized by the passion and charm of our Venetian masquerade ball.
With the cold winter chill settling in, guests will be invited to enter the fiery warm reception where the venue will be transformed with the mystery of dramatic candlelight, velvet curtains and the romance of true Italian history. As you enter through the theatrical curtain reveal, our charismatic masquerade entertainers will invite you to take your seats in our grand ballroom, where you will be able to finally reveal the mystery behind the mask.
After a lavish three-course meal it’s time for you to try your luck at the casino tables, retire to the lounge bar or simply shine with the brightest stars on the dance floor!

Starter
Fillet of salmon, pickled mouli, asian dressing and coriander shoots
Tarte fine of roasted tomatoes and mozzarella, nicoise olive tapenade, field greens and Basil vinaigrette (v)
Main Course
Roasted breast of Barbary duck with an apple and pea mash, buttered Bok Choy & a five spice scented jus
Jerusalem artichoke and mushroom pithiviers on savoy cabbage and crème fraiche with a celeriac Dauphinoise and a cèpe jus (v)
Dessert
Rich chocolate truffle cake with a mulled wine syrup and a compote of winter berries
