Guests are welcomed through the arched entrance hall to enjoy a sparkling reception amongst the grand statues at the foot of the fantastic elevated globe.
Beneath the enchanting constellations, your guests will dine in a magnificent setting with striking beams of light shooting up the 18ft slate walls, detailing the planets and a starlit night sky.

Fillet of salmon, pickled mouli, asian dressing and coriander shoots
Tarte fine of roasted tomatoes and mozzarella, nicoise olive tapenade, field greens and Basil vinaigrette (v)

Roasted breast of Barbary duck with an apple and pea mash, buttered Bok Choy & a five spice scented jus
Jerusalem artichoke and mushroom pithiviers on savoy cabbage and crème fraiche with a celeriac Dauphinoise and a cèpe jus (v)
