Format
Guests will arrive at the red carpet entrance to enjoy reception drinks in the VIP 'backstage' bar. They will then be transported back to the hey-day, where retro glamorous cinema meets state-of-the-art, modern technology and contemporary furnishings. Ice cream girls, popcorn, Marilyn Monroe and Gene Kelly are the order of the day as your guests sip on cocktails and something sparkling.
At the call for dinner guests pass under the twinkling mezzanine to find smartly dressed tables. The impact of the magnificent stage set and giant screens create a real buzz of excitement and intrigue over the visual spectacular that is yet to come.
The venue comes to life as our amazing band take to the stage. With a repertoire ranging from Dee-Lite to Dizzee Rascal, the Mad Hen show has something for everyone and is guaranteed to get even the disinclined dancers up on their feet.

- Goats cheese mousse on toasted croute, pea shoots, red pepper, parma ham
- Tarte fine of red onion marmalade, kalamata olives and tomatoes with rocket and feta cheese (v)
