Unlike olden-day Eskimos, you'll probably be using your kayak for fun, maybe sport and probably not hunting seals. How this a two-and-a-half to three-hour session runs is pretty much up to you. Instruction and all equipment is provided. If you want proper learning, than have it you shall with lessons on capsize drills, turning strokes, surf stops and rapid paddling. If, on the other hand, you just want to dick about, drown your mates or colleagues and have a game of kayak football, that's all good too.
