Prepare for a thrilling night of mystery and murder. You'll spend the evening on the edge-of-your-seat, as the plot thickens!

This is a brilliant evening option for fun team building events, an activity that will have your group trying to solve the mystery, while enjoying the company of colleagues and friends....but don't tell them too much because "what you say may be used as evidence against you"...Who will be revealed as the murderer?

Format:
The evening begins with pre-dinner drinks in the lounge where guests have their first chance to meet five larger than life characters. Suddenly, and without any notice, that jovial chap you have been joking with or perhaps the dotty maid who has been making such a mess of serving the drinks, will suddenly crash to the floor gasping for breath!

Just as the dead bodies begin to mount up the police officer in charge calls for help of teams to solve the case.

During dinner, the suspects circulate the room, where teams need to use their time wisely and interrogate them for answers. 

Teams collect clues along their way and build up a case, 'who, where, when, how and why' are just some of the questions they'll need to answer. Finally, teams put their thoughts down on paper and present their case to everybody in the room, followed by the inspector's final thoughts on the murder.  The event concludes with fun prizes for the winning teams.

Overview:
Ideal for promoting a fun team working atmosphere where guests are treated to a sensory experience. Delicious cocktails and amazing flair will be a warm up to the main activities. Interactive cocktail games involving everybody, where guests will learn new skills, taught by some of the world's leading bartenders and above all, bond over fun games.

Format:
During the event, three rounds of drinks are served, with on average another one drink per person mixed while competing in the cocktail games. There are breaks to allow for the drinks service and mingling – the programme works ideally set over a dinner or snack platters.

The event concludes with prizes awarded to the ‘best bar team’ and an individual prize for ‘the best bartender’.

Activities:
The group takes part in the following activities:

Reception Cocktails
Upon arrival, guests will be served a fresh fruit cocktail. 

Flair Demonstrations
The workshop begins with a quick flair routine to music by one of the world's class flair bartenders - a real attention grabber!

Mixing Methods
Guests will be given a mixology demonstration, showing a selection of classic and contemporary cocktails, using different methods to create the drinks including freepouring, shaking & straining, muddling & churning, layering and flair skills (and there will be plenty of tasters passed around for tasting).

Volunteers from each team will be asked to come behind the bar and make the cocktails. Teams will be scored on there efforts. 

Mixology Games
Each team will be presented with the Mystery Box, and asked to pick at random two ingredients from it. The box is filled with a variety of possible cocktail ingredients; from delicious to…difficult to mix into a great drink. (It can be done, ask your bartender about the famous Onion Ring Martini).

Using their newly acquired knowledge of cocktail mixing methods and exotic spirits and liqueurs they need to create their own cocktail. Groups can experiment until they have the perfect creation.

Teams will work together to mix their drinks …points will be awarded for style, taste, name, originality etc.  Groups present their drink alongside creating an advert for their new concoction.  If this is a team building exercise we can ask teams to create a cocktail to sum up the core value of their company’s brand.

Overview:
This fantastic Christmas event is based on the hit BBC show ‘The Generation Game’ hosted by Bruce Forsyth. From Bollywood to Balloon-making; juggling to drumming this ultimate day of games, quizzes and challenges will have your group in fits of riotous laughter and mayhem!

Imagine your colleagues competing in teams to decorate their very own Christmas cake whilst others try to out-do each other in plate spinning and a big budget song and dance number! And for the trivia boffins amongst you, the event's proceedings kick off with a festive quiz and rounds off with a memory challenge so there truly is something for everyone!

Format:
The group will be split into teams, who will compete against one another in a selection of zany generation game style challenges.  Teams will be playing for points and the event concludes with prizes awarded to the winning teams.

Christmas Quiz:
To get things started guests will have a quick fire quiz with questions ranging from music and general knowledge to theme tunes and Xmas trivia. Fingers on buzzers for this one!

Show Me How (Full Day Only)
‘Show Me How’ has your team first watch a skilled professional demonstrate their talent, such as Christmas cake decorating, caricature drawing, plate spinning, drumming etc. You will then have the chance in your team to attempt to do the same and are scored on your performance! Choose from a great selection of activities including:

This round requires your team to produce a show-stopping dance, drama or farce performance, using the talents you will have acquired throughout the day plus any you might be hiding! Props are provided, so only humour and imagination are required!

Overview
Our CSI dinner experience brings a unique twist to your typical dining experience. A crime scene is set up in the dining area, and throughout dinner guests will learn real forensic science processes, retrieve and examine evidence from the “crime scene,” and work in teams to decide which suspect is responsible for committing the murder. Unlike a murder mystery dinner, our CSI dinner experience is based around solving the crime through the eyes of the crime scene investigator. Using real forensic science procedures and carefully devised detection processes, this fun and engaging way to dine is sure to be a huge hit with everyone. The CSI dinner is created in such a way that guests can enjoy the meal in a relaxed manner, whilst emerging themselves as much as they wish into the fascinating world of CSI.

Format
Drinks reception
Guests will arrive to a drinks reception, during which they will prepare to be Crime Scene Investigators for the evening:
- Get dressed into the authentic white CSI suit (to prevent cross-contamination of course!)
- Guests are divided into teams and enter the “lab.” 

Starter
- Briefing about a murder which has taken place.
- Silver CSI cases containing an array of CSI equipment, quizzes and suspect profiles are on the tables – one per team.
- Guests are able to relax and enjoy their food whilst looking through the case and completing the crime/forensic science quiz sheet at their leisure.

In between starters and the main course, guests participate in a fingerprint workshop, under the expert guidance and tutorial of our highly professional and experienced trainer (you may even get someone from New Scotland Yard!) Guests also learn to dust for fingerprints using modern state-of-the-art fingerprint techniques. Fear not – hygiene and cleanliness are of top priority so you won’t be eating with dirty fingers afterwards!

Main course 
In the CSI cases, guests will find suspect profiles and throughout the main course, which is eaten at leisure, teams must start discussing the murder and try to piece everything together ready for the conclusion later.

A crime scene is already set up in the room, complete with CSI tape and evidence ready for retrieval. This element of evidence retrieval and examination adds an exciting authenticity to the evening. Guests are trained in hair and fibre analysis, and digital microscopes are set up with slides containing hair and fibres which have been removed from the scene – examine these closely and guests will be one step closer to solving the crime.

Guests are encouraged to physically enter the crime scene, and carefully retrieve evidence to examine.

Desert and coffee
- Teams must now work together to draw a conclusion based on what they have discovered throughout the investigation/evening.
- A laptop is given to each team, loaded with actual FBI software. Teams must make a photo-fit of the suspect they think is responsible.

Throughout the evening, teams get awarded points for each activity they complete. It is at this point that all the teams come back together and discuss their conclusions.

- A full debrief is given, points totalled and prizes presented to the winning team.

Why CSI?
This CSI dinner experience is a relaxed but engaging dinner experience in which guests have the opportunity to experience the world of CSI and crime from the other side of the CSI tape. All of the procedures learnt throughout are authentic and the added authenticity of the live crime scene and the real equipment, make this dinner experience unique, fun and exciting.

Overview:
A strategic and fun filled day with a festive twist. Your team will set out on a range of activities including treasure hunts, team challenges, games and an optional pub crawl. Teams complete tasks and win prizes along the way. There are also festively themed hats and accessories to get everyone in the mood for Christmas.

Treasure hunt:
Games start by teams being given a brief outline of the scenario, objectives and handed relevant advice and clues. Teams then take part in the hunt based around the surrounding area, on foot, in taxis or minibuses. During the event, guests will be working in teams of up to 8 on various team challenges and tasks.

Photographic challenges:
Participants complete a selection of Christmas themed photo challenges which will test their creativity. The more creative and funny they are the more points the team will get.

Scavenger list:
Have you ever thought how you would find a balloon animal if you needed one urgently? Well this is just one example of the obscure scavenger list of items your team will have to collect to earn points. A two day old newspaper, a foreign coin and last years Christmas calendar...easy?

Overview:
This event is based on the highly successful TV show ‘The Apprentice', where team's ability to work together will be tested in a fun and unique environment. But just because it’s Christmas, don’t expect Lord Sugar to be any jollier than usual, as him and his experts put you and your group through their paces in a series of Christmas themed tasks!

Format:
Teams will be set a number of festive business tasks that they have to complete, designed to test crucial skills such as delegation, trust, communication, time management, team work, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.

Each team will have an ‘expert' monitoring their performance. On completion of each challenge, the experts will select the winning team. The losing group's team leader will have to nominate others from his/her own team that they believed performed poorly during the tasks. All other members will be sent outside while the unlucky ones remain in the boardroom table to defend themselves and avoid being fired!

Of course we won't send you home early in a black cab with a cameraman to record the tears! Instead your team will be docked points from their final score.

Gift of the Gab - Santa's List!
You'll need to find, negotiate and purchase a unusual items on Santa's list from the surrounding area. The team with the most items and money left over wins.

Christmas Shopping Channel Showdown
Teams will be put under that spotlight to sell, sell, sell! You'll need to hold it together and smooth talk your audience, during your slot, into buying a selection of Christmas gifts with a flawless sales pitch!

That Makes Scents
Your patience and precision will be tested to the max in this task as teams battle it out to create and brand this year's Christmas scent.

The Christmas Campaign
With Christmas markets and shopping malls being highly profitable in pulling in punters to spend money at Christmas time, it's your team's task to get your chosen location on the map!  Teams need to create an integrated marketing campaign to encourage people to visit and spend. The most persuasive idea will be the star at the top of the tree; the rest face the boardroom!

Calendar Club
Using a Polaroid camera and props, teams need to create a calendar to sell in the New Year. However, designing is the easy bit, teams then need to develop a business plan and pitch to experts. Teams with the most orders, wins!

Christmas Party Plan
Teams have to plan the ultimate Christmas party! Then pitch their event concept and plan to industry experts. Teams need to persuade them that their party is the place to be!

On the Box
Teams are given a spec for a new Christmas product. Using a selection of props teams need to create a 30 second TV ad that will get the product flying off the shelves at Christmas. Experts then decide which advert is the best.

Treats:
No ‘apprentices' of Sir Alan Sugar would enjoy success in any other way but pure style! While the losers battle it out in the boardroom, the winners will be taken to a private room for a selection of luxurious treats:

This luxury Christmas treasure hunt is a hilarious and interactive team development event designed to test any team's planning, delegation, communication and time & team management skills, all in a hugely fun environment and teams will feel valued and rewarded VIPs for the day.

Format:
The limousine treasure hunt is undertaken in the back of your very own luxury stretch limousine or hummer. Games start by teams being given a brief outline of the scenario where objectives, clues and relevant advice are handed out. Guests are then required to take part in the Christmas themed hunt based around the surrounding area.

During the event guests will be working in teams of up to 8 on various team challenges and tasks. The event is totally flexible on location format and content; we can make it as team-building orientated or relaxed as you wish. With only Santa’s sack full of tools to help teams, and of course your very own limousine and dapper chauffeur, everybody will need to work fast because the clock will be ticking!

You will be given a fun filled festive route around your chosen venue with a selection of information-finding tasks and cryptic clues enabling you to find your way around. Will you get the right number from the phone box, find the date on the smallest plaque or (if your boss allows!), find the selection of pubs on the way around?

Papa Elf's Photographic Challenges
Guests will have to complete a selection of fun photographic challenges which will test their creativity and make them howl with laughter. Examples include re-enacting the nativity scene, a picture of the whole team in Santa’s sleigh and the whole team forming a human Christmas cracker! Big bonus points await the funniest and most ingenious snaps!

Rudolph's Scavenger List
Have you ever thought how you would find a balloon animal if you needed one? (Don't worry - neither have we!) This is just one example of the obscure scavenger list items you will have to collect to earn more points. Examples of the obscure scavenger items teams will have to collect are five gold rings, three French hens and some mistletoe...good luck!

Overview:
Based on one of our most popular evening events, The Twelve Days of Christmas combines all the best bits of ‘Pub Olympics' but with a Christmas twist.

We've kept all the favourite old school classic games, such as giant jenga, table football and subbuteo (thankfully, of less physically demanding activities than Olympics) without the hassle of training. This is a fantastic evening event that will keep the office entertained this Christmas.

Format:
The Twelve Games of Christmas can either be a structured event where teams rotate round all the activities competing head-to-head against other teams, or an informal event where individuals can just roll up and have a go. Whichever option you decide Santa's Helpers Event Officials will be on hand to give guests tips and record the scores.

This event is renowned for bringing out the competitive streak in even the quietest members of the team, the evening culminates in a fun medal ceremony where the team who pull out the best overall performance will be crowned Christmas champions and any cheaters will be ousted!

Activities:
Please choose twelve games from the following options:

Giant Jenga
Incredibly addictive and not as easy as it looks. Teams take it in turns stacking a tower of wooden blocks until it tumbles over.

Giant Connect 4
A giant version of the popular 80s game, which will keep guests entertained for hours. Connect four of your discs in a row too win.

Chess
Using all the kings horses and all the kings men, battle it out on a giant chess board against other teams.

Snakes and Ladders
Everyone remembers playing this as a child, but maybe not on quite the same scale! The first team to reach the end wins.

Giant Dominoes
Get rid of your team's pieces as quickly as possible while blocking other teams.

Air Hockey*
Super, high speed fun, hit as many pucks into your opponents goal as you can.

Ker-Plunk
Try not to lose your marbles. A firm favorite, Ker-Plunk requires a steady hand, as you skillfully remove the sticks from a tube filled with marbles.

Quoits
A traditional game which involves throwing rubber rings over a set distance to land over the spikes.   

Table Football*
A table-top game that is based on the popular sport football.

Darts Challenge*
Dart players, aim at the bull's eye; beginners, aim darts at the board, all competing for the highest score.

Overview:
You can relax sorting out the Christmas party this year, it has just become a whole lot easier. Why not celebrate the festive season in hilarious style and enjoy some excellent comedic entertainment amongst a stunning Winter Wonderland setting.  This fantastic event will guarantee to put everyone in the mood for merrymaking and will be a cracking end to the year.

Format:
From the moment you and colleagues arrive you'll be looked after. On arrival guests will be given the warmest welcome from their spectacular host for the night 'Jackie Frost' as they enter a truly magical Winter Wonderland and enjoy a glass of tasty mulled wine.  Guests will be shown to their table amongst their winter wonderland setting.

Everything has been well thought out, appetizers when you sit down, crackers, hats and party poppers [of course!]. There are a number of ice-breakers to get the party going, while close-up magicians dazzle everyone with their tricks.  When everybody is all settled in and having fun, a delicious traditional Christmas dinner will be served along with all the trimmings.

Then guests will be treated to a side splitting show of three superb comedy acts introduced by Jackie.  Once the show is over the music starts, and it’ll be time to take to the floor and dance the night away in the beautiful wintery setting.

Overview:
Ever wanted to see your name in lights and be declared Christmas number 1! Well this is your chance. In teams you will have to battle it out to get your chosen song to enter the companies Christmas Number 1 competition. A choice from solo performances with backing singers and dancers to full team ensembles.

On hand there will be local coaches, dance choreographer to help create a jaw dropping end performance.

Overview:
The Ultimate Christmas Quiz brings together the best of all your favourite quiz shows to provide a action-packed evening of festive fun.  
 
Ideal over dinner or as after dinner entertainment, our quiz master will set the scene and get everyone in the competitive mood. Complete with PA system, wireless buzzers and automated score board as well as Christmas table centres, team names and hats, this event has everything you need for a fantastic evening.

The Rounds
All rounds will include some Christmas based questions.

Company Fortunes
Based on the ITV show "Family Fortunes" this brilliantly fun and interactive event will have you and your team guessing what the "hundred people surveyed" said in response to a question, which we’re more than happy to make bespoke to your organisation!

Team Millionaire
Based on the ITV show "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" you and your group first have to undergo the preliminary ‘Fastest Finger First’ round. The team who does this correctly and in the fastest time will then enter the hot-seat and play for the maximum possible prize of One Million Points!

Question of Sport
For the sport buffs at your company this will give them a chance to shine. The format includes some of the show's most well'loved rounds including Picture Board, What Happened Next?, The Observation Round and On The Buzzer.

The Generation Game
A cuddling toy, a potted plant!!... Based on this family favourite’s conveyor belt challenge, this round will be light relief from any general knowledge questions and make sure the teams have a blast. Or maybe take one of Brucie’s other shows and Name That Price?!

You can choose exactly which rounds you would like to make up your Ultimate Company Quiz. For example, you can have one of each round or base the whole event on one particular quiz show. We are more than wlcome to incorporate any other ideas you may have in order to create a completely unique event.

Overview:
“Oh no we didn’t, Oh yes we did!”. Ever wondered what it would be like to star on stage in a famous panto? Well now is your chance! Our Panto Productions event gives teams the opportunity to recreate a well-known pantomime play in any shape or form and provide great entertainment for the rest of their group.

Complete with an array of props, scenery and equipment, teams are given the chance to go all out in developing their pantomime production which will be performed in front of the judges in a competition to beat their opposing teams. 

It is also possible to link the scenes so it provides a full team panto performance.

The Challenge

Choose your favourite Panto!
Each team must select a classic Panto whether it be Jack and The Bean Stalk, Aladdin or Peter Pan, or you can opt for our ultimate ‘Christmas Jumble’ which combines classic scenes from all the favourites!

Creating the Performance
In your teams, you have to put together a 5-10 minute version of your chosen panto, taking into consideration writing the script (with help from our scripts and material), props, selecting costumes, directing and learning your lines!

The Final Result
All the preparation and rehearsing culminates in the final performance which is watched by your colleagues and the judges, as well as being recorded as a fantastic keepsake.
