Chillisauce organise a selection of collaborative events - designed to show participants that great things can be achieved by people working together.

On these events, rather than teams competing, everybody works towards the same goal, like in an organisation, everyone’s contribution is valuable, however, it’s no good if one or two departments are doing well and everyone else is failing - it’s about the success of the entire organisation.
