Overview:
This event is based around one of Britain's most iconic game shows ‘The Krypton Factor', featuring all the best bits from the hit TV series including challenges that will test response, intelligence, mental agility, observation, general knowledge and physical ability, just like the real show!(please note that Gordon Burns and his bowl hair cut is not included).
Format:
The event is run by an experienced host who will coordinate the activities while amusing guests. Before the activities begin teams film in true ‘cringe worthy' Krypton Factor style a short clip introducing themselves which is then shown to the whole group on a big screen. Throughout the day teams rotate round different activity zones where they'll be scored out of 10 for their efforts. The teams with the highest scores at the end of the event will be given a head start on the large inflatable assault course. The event finishes with a presentation where a trophy and medals are awarded to the winning team.
Activities:
Pick from the following activities:
Response:
Pitch Black Pouring
Teams need to transfer as many cups of water as they can, manoeuvring their way through a minefield, blindfolded!
Shepherd's Delight
Most of the team will be 'blindfolded' lost sheep. Others will need to direct them into a pen using noises only! Baaaaa-rilliant fun.
Warehouse Fork and Load
Transport stock for distribution using remote controlled vechicles (crane, forklift and wagon). Weight restrictions and set delivery times mean that teams need to plan, but act quickly.
Acid Attack
There's been a chemical spillage; teams need to act quickly!
Intelligence:
Building Blocks
Using wooden blocks, you must construct a shape to replicate the one displayed. This is nowhere near as easy as it sounds.
Can You Crane It?
Build a freestanding device, no higher than 3ft tall which is capable of lifting a bucket of water.
Well Done
Using the resources provided, teams need to retrieve a box from the well that is surrounded by an electric fence.
Mental Agility:
Memory Bank
Teams will be shown a mental sequence and then try and work out how it continues. Memory skills will be tested.
Total Recall
A great test of memory, communication and speed. Retrieve numbered cards from the ground in the correct order.
Electric Fence
Teams need to get everyone through the electric fence using the tools provided. Touch the fence and the whole team starts again.
Observation:
Look Listen and Learn
Teams watch a clip and are then quizzed on it! Correct answers mean that teams receive an item to complete the challenge.
Flight Simulator
With the aid of a Nintendo Wii teams need to complete a set amount of levels in their allocated time.
Construction Challenge
Put together a giant krypton puzzle in a Perspex box, blindfolded! Teams need to work together to complete the challenge.
General Knowledge:
Fingers At The Ready
All teams come together for a general knowledge quiz, where teams buzz if they know the correct answer.
Bombs Away
Can you defuse the bomb before it explodes? Communicate via walkie talkies and decipher a series of clues to crack the code.
Physical Ability:
Assault Course...The Grand Finale!
Total scores determine starting positions on the assault course. Teams race through a mix of inflatables, cargo nets and tyres.

“Couldn’t have asked for a better service. All enquiries were dealt with in a professional manner. All activities received a positive response and were enjoyed. I think that Chillisauce do a lot of hard work that shows when the event is being organised. The atmosphere was competitive and lively and was never ever bad at all. I would like to express my thanks to the Team”
