Overview:
This is an unusual and unique event for those looking to combine teambuilding with 4x4 driving. You will work in teams of 4 to track down and recover a number of 4x4 vehicles, then negotiate a series of checkpoints through some extremely demanding off road terrain.
Itinerary:
Following a briefing, the group start out on foot and have to locate their vehicle/s using a hand held GPS. (Satellite navigation system) Their 4x4/s will be located somewhere within a 500-acre area of Forest. The problem being, the vehicle/s are stuck and booby-trapped. Their first task therefore is to identify the traps and recover the vehicle/s using onboard winches and equipment. Once free the group then have to locate a series of checkpoints on route again with the aid of their GPS’s and maps. The route driven covers some very demanding off road areas with many challenges en-route to test their teamwork, mental and physical abilities. (Our fully qualified Instructors are always on hand to ensure safe working practices and to advise regarding driving and the use of all equipment. Usual ratio of instructors to clients would be @ 4:1). Each “Challenge” scenario can be fine tuned to take into account group size, fitness levels any special needs.
