Overview:
Not only awesome at rugby but also the world leaders in extreme sports, the Kiwis have come up with another mad idea to pass the time. Jump inside a giant ball and roll down a hill. Simple but effective.

Gravity Does the Rest:
A Zorb is a gigantic inflatable ball about 15ft in diameter. Inside it is another smaller ball, or pod, which is suspended into position by thousands of nylon strands. The art of Zorbing simply involves you and a mate being securely harnessed into the pod and being given a good heave down a steep hill. Gravity does the rest and, as you clock up 35mph, you might start regretting that round of tequila slammers you bought at 4am.

However, unless you have memories of the time before you were born, or have recently been trapped in a washing machine, it's unlikely you'll have experienced anything like Zorbing. It sounds as bizarre as it is and we guarantee you won't have laughed/screamed as much for ages!

Just Add Water:
For the stag or hen, or just if you're feeling up for it, adding 20 litres of hot or cold water inside the zorb will add a new dimension to the experience and a ride to remember!

That's just how we roll:
The Oxford English Dictionary defines Zorbing as: ' a sport in which a participant is secured inside an inner capsule in a large, transparent ball which is then rolled along the ground or down hills'

As long as you agree that getting strapped inside a big sphere with a cushion of air between you and the ground and thrown down a hill reaching speeds of up to 50/60 kmph is a sport, then it is pretty much spot on. Whilst we don't expect this to make an appearance at the 2012 Olympics, we can't recommend it enough.

This is the best way to experience how a hung-over hamster accidentally strapped into its ball and inadvertently booted down a hill at your local park would feel. The only difference is that rather than emerging petrified and harboring gnawing disdain for your tormenter, you'll be giggling and stumbling like a dizzy school kid, scrambling back up the hill for another go.

This event takes place in a purpose built activity centre boasting over 20 miles of off road tracks, surrounded by the stunning Dorset countryside. All of the thrilling activities at the site have been designed by their fun-loving, adrenaline-seeking extreme sports team, whose sense of adventure and humour mean you will be guaranteed a fantastic time no matter which activity you choose.

Format:
The format of the day varies depending on the size of the group, the centre has over 40 quad bikes, therefore it's possible for groups to either do activities together or will be divided into teams and rotate around the activities. The event concludes with a presentation where fun prizes are awarded to the winning teams.

Quad Trekking
If you're looking for pure excitement this is the activity to send you and colleagues away with the biggest smiles. Try this sport for the thrill of an unforgettable day! With fourteen circuits making up over 20 miles of tracks and a fleet in excess of forty quad bikes this is one of the best places in the country to ride quads.

Clay Pigeon Shooting
This is an exciting and challenging sport that involve using real shotguns in a competition-style shooting event.

Dirt Buggies
Super fast single seater dirt buggies with so much power you have to control the slide in the corners, accelerate up the hills and make your heart race on the straights.

Archery
Test your hand and eye coordination with this traditional sport that offers individuals a challenge and the team a fun experience.

Build An Egg Launcher
The most popular of all the team building games, teams have to build a launcher out of various bits of equipment and then all fire later on against each other!

Problem Squares
A quick fire game where teams have to replicate shapes just using four planks of wood.

Toxic Waste
Manouvre a pot of dangerous substance through a course, blindfolded.

Stepping Stones
Teams have to negotiate a small course without physically touching the ground - although there are never enough blocks!

Blindfold tent build
Put your camping skills to the test and compete against each other in a race to erect a tent.

Orienteaming
Teams need to find the problems and then solve them!
