Overview:
Gorge scrambling involves exactly what it says on the tin. Grab your tin opener and what do you have? - yep, scrambling through gorges. A top activity for the adventurous who have harbored a fascination for clambering over rocks, climbing through wet crevices and jumping into plunge pools ever since they watched 'The Goonies' all those years ago. You'll need to have a basic level of fitness but the guide will look after you and tailor the activity to match the capabilities of the group, especially if some of the guys have beer bellies that have seen a 'truffle shuffle' or two.

Format:
You'll be kitted up by your instructors, who'll give you a thorough safety briefing. You'll then hit the start point, where, led by your instructors, you'll begin your ascent into the gorge. You'll find plenty of tricky terrain to traverse, along with rocky outcrops and plunge pools to jump into. Great fun.

Duration:
- Actual event lasts for 3 hours, travelling time is additional 1.5 hours (round-trip).  

Notes:
- A packed lunch for everybody can be included for £5.50.  (Recommended - needs to be pre-ordered)
- Every participant will need to submit a Health & Saftey form prior to the event and provide height and weight information several weeks in advance so appropiate wetsuits and kit can be put aside.  
- If there has been an abnormal amount of rain it is possible that the gorge could flood and the event not go ahead. Only a partial refund will be offered if the event is cancelled at late notice.

A top activity for the adventurous who have harboured a fascination for jumping in plunge pools, traversing along rock walls, jumping across boulders, climbing waterfalls, exploring dark caves and jumping waterfalls ever since they watched 'The Goonies' all those years ago. You'll need to have a basic level of fitness but the guide will look after you and tailor the activity to match the capabilities of the group, especially if some of the guys have beer bellies that have seen a 'truffle shuffle' or two.

As the day progresses you'll find yourself exploring more caves, scrambling in dark caverns and swinging over raging torrents. But if that doesn't get your adrenaline pumping, the waterfall jumps certainlly will!

All gorge scrambling equipment supplied (wetsuits, helmets & buoyancy aids).

Overview:
This is the ideal event for those wanting to take advantage of some of the stunning scenery in the area.
 Most of the events will require teamwork and some encouragement - it's a great way for people who don't know many of the group to feel comfortable, as well as the old buddies sharing some incredible adrenaline rushes!
Pick any one of the events below and brace yourself for an active day.

Canyoning:
Canyoning is traveling in canyons using a variety of techniques. You will cover a distance of 4 km, descending 200m down waterfalls and rapids, scrambling, swimming and jumping, the highest jump being 30ft! This is a high adrenaline activity ideal for adventurous groups with a taste for challenging physical activities.

White Water Rafting:
Wales offers some challenging grade 3 rapids up to 10km in length. Each raft will have an expert instructor to help you navigate your way and try to keep you inside the raft for as long as possible.

Coasteering:
Very similar to Canyoning but the trick's in the name. Rather than traversing your way through a canyon, this is done on the coast where you have to make your way around the coastline by any means possible. You'll be climbing, scrambling, jumping and swimming throughout the event.

Duration:
- The events all run from 10am - 2pm

Upgrade:
- Those that have either Canyoning or Rafting before or are looking for something more extreme, both can be upgraded to more challenging courses. The event will run from 10am - 4pm on these upgraded event. If you're interested, please ask for details.

Notes:
- A DVD video of your day is provided after the activity for free
- You will get wet. Wear old clothes and trainers that can get wet and dirty. Pack dry clothes and a towel for the journey home.
- Personalised printed rash tops can be arranged for an additional cost, please ask for details.
- There are a number of different locations used, all within the Brecon beacons, that offer stunning surroundings.

Overview:
For those of you who fancy something that ups the ante on your normal lazy river? Try being kitted up on a rubber ring, in full safety gear hurtling down 2 kilometres of mighty rapids in the heart of Wales. Much better than your average rubber ring in a lazy river, or even better than a ring behind a speedboat. Get to grips with nature, and squeal wildly as you flow over the edge of a waterfall!

You'll be tossed about in Grade 3 rapids, while hanging on to your tube.
Safety is well emphasised, so fear not, you're not just lobbing yourself into a river and hoping for the best! The route's have all been chosen carefully to ensure you get a hell of a thrill, while staying safe. 

You do need a basic level of fitness but the guides will look after you, and ensure the event runs smoothly.

Included:
- All safety gear
- River tubing session across 2km of river rapids
- You'll need a pair of old footwear for this, and a towel too!

Notes:
Not sure that the 2 km ride is enough? We can upgrade this to a more extreme experience for a small fee, which will include 4km of rapids, you'll ride the Dragon's tail, and experience a few 20-30 feet drops along the way!
