Overview:
Mark Twain might have thought that golf was 'a good walk spoilt', but a round at this picturesque course would have had the American wordsmith eating humble pie. The club boasts excellent facilities including a spacious clubhouse, a driving range, practice area and Pro shop, everything you need for an excellent day on the links.
The 5661 yard, par 72 Masters course was part designed by Peter Alliss and combines ancient hedgerows and rolling mounded fairways with large greens and numerous strategically placed water hazards. You'll be expected to wear appropriate golfing clothing and be up to scratch with golfing etiquette; replace divots, let smaller groups play through and don't scream obscenities when your mates are halfway through their backswings.
A great way to get a bit of competition going amongst your group, we recommend tough shot penalties for anyone found cheating- a double vodka for kicking your ball out of the rough and a triple tequila for fiddling the scorecard.
