Overview:
Climbing, scrambling and swinging like a monkey is instinctive to every man. As we all know, you should always follow your instincts, and what better way get in touch with your inner-chimp than by spending an afternoon on the High Ropes. You'll get to scale trees, swing around, walk across planks and jump 2 foot gaps, testing yourself in a plethora of challenges 10 metres above terra firma.  Even if you're not particularly agile, all is not lost, as there are courses set for climbers of all abilities.
Leave the vertigo at home, this'll sort out the Tarzans from the Janes.

Overview:
Get high in the forest with a thrilling high ropes session. Set deep in the forest, this is a brilliant setting for you to face your fears and swing through the trees like Tarzan.

After being kitted out in all of the essential equipment and a full safety briefing from the instructors, it'll be time to head for the trees. You'll tackle a course of over 30 hanging rope bridges, scramble nets and zip slides which are up to 30ft off the forest floor. You can also have a go on one of the few tree zip lines in the country.

If you are a bit nervous about heights our advice is simple; clear your mind and focus on what is in front of you. Whatever you do don't think about slipping over and you falling head first to your death*.

*This won't happen as you'll be attached by a safety harness at all times so at worst you'll swing in the air for a few seconds before being pulled to safety.
