Overview:
What goes up must come down! Scale a challenging rock face before abseiling back down to terra firma. The difficulty of your climb and the height of your abseil are entirely up to you, making this is as much a mental challenge as a physical one!

The experienced instructors will be on hand to guide you through the finer points of climbing before starting you off on a relatively simple climb up the ice sculpted limestone scarp of Eglwyseg. Once you've found your feet, you can push on to more tricky climbs if you feel ready. Once you've scaled the heights there's only one way down: abseil. 

The abseils range from 6ft to 90ft. Our advice: full of bravado, demand that you do the 90ft drop and that the stag goes first. When the terror stricken stag is half way down, have a group change of heart and switch to less frightening height. Recounting exactly how petrified the stag looked staring over the precipice always makes for a top story in a best man's speech.
