Overview
You can tell a lot about a country by the type of food they offer, and Ukraine definitely comes up with the goods every time! You'll head to a local restaurant in the city, where you'll be seated for a starter of traditional Ukranian soup 'Borschch'. It sounds like a power drill, we know, but it's bloody tasty.
