The Club
At Bournemouth's Wiggle Bar, it's not only the girls that are easy on the eye. To describe the surroundings as opulent would be a severe understatement. This swanky club has everything you could ask for in a lap dancing venue - very plush fittings, a large, stocked bar and comfortable seating close to the stage. Overview:
If you’re looking for an activity to make the weekend memorable, or something to bring together a group of girls who don’t all know each other , then cocktail making, or mixology as it’s called, is the perfect solution.

Experienced, professional and friendly mixologists will take you step by step through the history of cocktails and then show you how to make three of the classics, before handing you the bottles and letting your imagination and creativity run wild.

As you experiment under expert guidance as to what works and what doesn’t, you’ll start to appreciate a whole new art form and most excitingly develop skills which you can then hone with friends and family in the years to come.

Format:
Each group will have one or more cocktail ambassadors who will brief you on the day's activities before giving a short introductory talk on the history of the cocktail and the origin of the word. Each member of your group will then be given a bar tool which they will have to try to identify before putting the tools in the correct order of use when making a cocktail.

The ambassador will then make an introduction shot for the group where he/she will explain what all of the bar tools are used for. If you don't know the difference between a Hawthorn strainer and a Boston shaker, you'll find out.

Everyone then makes lemonade using real lemons, gomme and soda water, and you'll learn about how to perfectly balance sweet and sour. You'll use your lemonade to make a Raspberry Vodka Collins and a Passion Fruit Krushka.

You'll then be talked through the history of, and taught how to make a Mojito/Bison Grass Mojito, a Pear Caipirowska, a Cosmopolitan and a White Russian/Bride. Then it'll be your turn to show off your cocktail skills by going head to head with another member of your group in a shake off where you'll each make one of the cocktails.

The event will end with a mini quiz with two free cocktail vouchers each on offer for the winning team. To soak up some of the alcohol, your group will also have a couple of food platters to nibble at, with a wide variety of food.

You'll discover many new and exciting ways to make and consume alcohol. Unleash your creative side as you are introduced to drink mixing and challenged to come up with your own unique cocktail.

Masterclass timetable:

Overview:
This is a brilliant summer's day out with a difference, based at a picturesque 19 acre lake in the New Forest. You can have a crack at some wicked watersports and sink or swim, you're guaranteed to have a superb time.

The Format:
Speedboats will call into the landing to collect 3 or 4 people at a time, whilst on land you can amuse yourselves on the 5 a side pitches, play darts or snooker in the clubhouse or just recline in the sun and watch your hapless mates get drowned whilst knocking back a beer and a hot sausage.

You will have 3 hours of boat time to share between every 10 - 12 people in your group. Everyone will have ample time to test themselves at either wakeboarding or waterskiing and also fit in a go on the banana and the ringos. 

Tuition will be given to novices but if there are any experienced skiers the powerboat's 310hp engines have more than enough grunt to drag anyone around the lake at a serious rate of knots. 

You can choose from the following on each outing of the boat:

• Wake Boarding
• Water Skiing
• Banana Ride (seats up to 6 at a time)
• Ringos (2 at time)

Included:
- Hire of the boat

- Wet suits and all other equipment

What you need to bring:

Overview:
It's time to take those dance moves away from the bedroom mirror and transfer that energy from the comfort of your carpet to the bright lights. These dance lessons are the perfect opportunity to learn some new moves to throw into your hip-shaking repertoire and, more importantly, a really good laugh for all the girls. Choose one of the below formats for your event.

Included in all classes:
Bubbly or wine and Certificates of Commendation for all participants. Please note that props are not included, and you should bring your own should you wish.

90-120 minutes

Become a Bollywood actress surrounded by sparkles, sequins and splendour whilst learning a fun packed routine. Our instructors will have a genuine Indian costumes for all to try.

Bellydancing
The Ultimate Seductive Dance Minus the Pole...Grab the girls and experience a truly amazing dance class in the form of Belly Dancing. Wiggle and Giggle whilst you learn effortless Arabic hip rhythms. You will then learn a very seductive dance routine all without the aid of a pole or fishnets!

Hula Hooping:
Be honest... you haven't even thought of picking up a hula hoop since you were about five years old have you? But with all things old being cool again, it's hardly surprising that this old-skool lunch-break hobby is refreshing in its child-like fun and surprisingly challenging in a workout capacity.
Hula hooping is a fun way to tone your abs, butt, arms and legs and it'll also work your cardiovascular system and burn fat as it gets your heart rate going. But it's not all child's play - there is a real technique to getting the hip movements right.
So indulge your inner child, have a giggle and take a trip down memory lane with a hula hooping lesson...

Salsa Lesson:
Get revved up for your big night on the town by learning some saucy salsa dance moves. You and the rest of the gang will limber up for an exciting lesson that will equip you with the necessary skills to blow away everybody else at your chosen nightclub who is awkwardly stumbling about the dance floor. This exciting session of salsa dancing from a professional instructor is guaranteed to be a good laugh and a hell of a lot of fun.

What to Wear:
Loose comfortable clothing, Trainers/Flats.

Note: 
For health and safety reasons, you may not participate in hula-hooping only if pregnant

Sling your hook:
Get your relax cap on and head out into the wet for a spot of sea fishing. All you need to do is grab your tackle, put your feet up, cast your line, crack open a beer and let nature take its course. There's ample space on the large boats so you needn't worry about packing in like sardines and getting the stags flippantly tossed hook in your ear - just pick your spot and chillax. The enthusiastic skipper will steer you to the most fertile waters and give you experienced advice and top tips that'd make Captain Birdseye proud. As your skewered bait does all the hard work you can wash down that salty sea air with a cold one and hopefully reel in a whopper or two.

Just remember: 'Give a man a fish and he has food for a day; teach a man to fish a he'll sit on a boat and drink beer all day'

Duration:
- Half Day (4.5 hours)

Fish (dependent on time of year and conditions):
- Cod, Bass, Pollock, Bream, Eels and more.

The Boats:
- Max 12 per boat, both very well maintained, flushable toilets in both.

Booze:
- Feel free to bring some beers. Spirits are prohibited and if you get too lashed the skipper will take you back to dry land without hesitation.

Overview:
Do you love the idea of paintball, but crave the gutsy realism that just can't be achieved by being splattered with pink and yellow paint all day? Are you finding it hard to imagine that the small wooden shed at the other side of the forest clearing is actually a vietcong hut?

If you are, this airsoft military experience is just the ticket.

Kidnap the Stag?
Should you choose the 'kidnap' option to start your day? (subject to prior arrangement) - This service includes a meeting with clients before the event by either video link or face to face, depending on location. The entire group will be briefed on the exact plan in the absence of the stag. The stag will be issued with a cover story such as a quad biking event or bird watching. On arrival at the site, a series of explosive effects go off as the group’s vehicles drive in. A masked militia capture the stag at gun point after simulating dragging the group from their vehicles. The stag will then be taken to the staff’s “kill house”. This will be a dark room, where the entire group will be sat around the edges spectating.

Manoeuvers
The stag will be seated with two captors or terrorists. After a few minutes, our elite “special forces” team will breach the door of the room, detonate thunderflashes and eliminate the captors, the stag will then be taken outside to safety, unhooded, and reunited with the rest of his group. This will all happen within 30-45 minutes of the kidnap and then you'll learn to do what they witnessed in the demonstration.  Then for the afternoon, the stag and his group will team up against the resident professionals for a series of tough objective-based missions! This siege and other events from the day will be video recorded and presented as part of the package shortly after the event.

Set in an abandoned urban factory setting, this is the closest you'll get to military manoeuvers without risking taking a few bullets in the gut, stuffing the wound with a tampon and hobbling off to the nearest medic! You'll be using full scale 1:1 Heckler & Koch replicas, with the ability to fire ammo at up to 350 feet per second. Suddenly, paintball seems like it's for little girls, right?

The staff at this highly stylised urban warfare facility are all airsoft enthusiasts, and all hail from military and private military backgrounds - you'll be in safe hands throughout the day.

Overview
There's nothing quite like a bit of head-to-head rivalry with your mates. They say that nice guys come last, so the question is: do you have the competitive instinct and controlled aggression needed to finish first? Or are you happy to look down the tailpipe of your pal as he passes the chequered flag? No one wants that on their record for future pub banter.
 
Forget about speed limits and points on your licence, put your foot to the floor and burn rubber around the one of the city's  great karting tracks. Karting was made for large groups and whether you are racing individually or in teams everyone’s eyes will be on the leader board to see who’s on top.

The new 450m circuit features tight hairpins, a double underpass and speedy straights- nail the high-speed corners and you'll be odds-on for a quick lap, get it wrong and you'll have a time that would embarrass your grandmother. Can you post a new lap record?

So suit up, strap in, grab the wheel and unleash the speed demon inside!

Format
Le Mans Race Format:
The race is conducted in a 75 minute non-stop endurance format in the style of Le Mans. You will be split into teams of 3 or 4. The team that completes the most laps at the end of the session is the winner, while those coming in last can expect to be slated for the rest of the weekend. There are usually 8 karts on the track at any one time. Endurance racing allows teams to choose how long each driver spends on the circuit. It's all about strategy, pit stops and teamwork.

Alternative Race Format:
On the rare occasions that there are not enough drivers to run the Le Mans Race you will have exclusive use of the track. The alternative race will be a 'Mini Grand Prix' - this replacement format will not compromise your driving time. You will be alerted in advance if this is the case.

- Event last 2.5 hours with briefing
- At least 30 mins racing time per driver

- Each member of the group will have to purchase a balaclava on site for £3.50

Overview:
Get high in the forest with a thrilling high ropes session. Set deep in the Moor Valley this is a brilliant setting for you to face your fears and swing through the trees like Tarzan.

After being kitted out in all of the essential equipment and a full safety briefing from the instructors, it'll be time to head for the trees. You'll tackle a course of over 30 hanging rope bridges, scramble nets and zip slides which are up to 30ft off the forest floor. You can also have a go on one of the few tree zip lines in the country.

If you are a bit nervous about heights our advice is simple; clear your mind and focus on what is in front of you. Whatever you do don't think about slipping over and you falling head first to your death*.

- Briefing and guidance from qualified instructors
- All safety equipment

*This won't happen as you'll be attached by a safety harness at all times so at worst you'll swing in the air for a few seconds before being pulled to safety. Mong.

 

Overview:
There's more to cocktail making than just pouring a few spirits in a glass and giving it a bit of a shake - enter the world of Mixology.

Mixology is an art: get it right and you can create delicious drinks which will be an explosion of pleasure on your tongue, but get it wrong and you'll be pulling pained faces and reaching for the mouthwash!

After a welcome drink each group will have one or more cocktail ambassadors who will brief you on the day's activities before giving a short introductory talk on the history of the cocktail - where the word originates - and the tools and bar skills behind some of the world's most famous drinks. If you don't know the difference between a Hawthorn strainer and a Boston shaker, you'll find out.

The ambassador will then make an introduction shot for the group where he/she will explain what all of the bar tools are used for.

Your host will then demo a range of cocktails displaying all of the main cocktails styles and everyone will get behind the bar to create them themsleves including martinis, shaken drinks, layered drinks, mojitos and milky cocktails.

Guests will then be able to choose to make another cocktail of their choice either straight up or as a game/race/team competition or simply to relax and enjoy afterwards.

Finally, guests can leave with a bang as they enjoy a 'vodka train' cocktail domino rally as a farewell drink. All guests will also receive a Cocktail Master Cetificate plus the group leader will receive a keepsake complete with photos.

Overview:
‘Lets go surfin' now, everybody's learning how', sung the Beach Boys and they weren't wrong. The coolest of all water sports is more popular than ever and if the only surfing you've done is for porn on the internet then this is your chance to learn the real thing.

Once you've got kitted out with a wetsuit and surfboard you'll be given an introduction to water safety and beach awareness- remember the ocean can be a cruel mistress. Under the guidance of fully-qualified experts you'll hit the water, at first learning how to trim and ride a board lying down.

After some practice, and no doubt swallowing several litres of sea water, even the most uncoordinated of your group will be jumping up and riding the waves by the end of the session...hopefully.

Surfers of all abilities are catered for so regardless of whether you're Kelly Slater or haven't been in the sea since a traumatic ferry accident, the instructors will be on hand to make sure that everyone has a top time. All girls love a surfer, so make sure you drop your surfing exploits into conversation if you're waxing lyrical with any beach babes when you hit town in the evening. Gnarly.

Overview:
What a way to start your day? Nothing beats homemade chocolate and this fun party workshop offers the opportunity to find out how it all about it. You will enjoy the opportunity to experiment with various flavors and types of chocolate, as well as the chance to share with others an insight into this wonderful creative process.

You will be taught the history of chocolate before beginning the pleasurable task of sampling one of our chocolate fountains.

From that point, the chocolatier will take you on a journey where you will create a filling for your truffles before dipping them into real Belgian chocolate after which you will design and decorate your toppings!!

What is Included:

A giant fortress dominates a clearing in the jungle, and it’s crawling with enemy forces.  Your mission is to carry out a “Halo-Insertion”.  That’s SAS-talk for dropping one of your team members in with an explosive device to take-out the enemy base.  Who will be brave enough to accept the mission? 

Tomb Raider
Your mission is to trek through the jungle and locate an ancient stone pyramid.  It is said that a sacred amulet lies deep in the cold heart of the pyramid. The amulet is imbued with remarkable powers.  Evil forces are converging on the pyramid from another direction and they are out to grab the amulet for themselves; they'll stop at nothing to succeed.

Well you’d be absolutely spot on, except we’ve added in something extra, something to make those cucumber sandwiches taste that little bit better….Your very own half naked butler in the buff to serve them to you, butter your scones and tend to your every need.

A Special Gift:

Lock 'n' Load:
The adrenaline's pumping, you've scrambled through the undergrowth and you're lying in the shadow of an authentic nuclear missile launcher. You spot the enemy stealthily creeping from the undergrowth behind a tank and you have a clear shot. Your heart's pumping and you're fully loaded. It's time. As you stand tall, and wildly spray your paint-filled pellets-of-pain at one of your girlfriends you'll thank us for one of the most exciting experiences you've ever had.

The Site:
This extraordinary paintball site really is one of a kind with a plethora of gamezones, guns and no-expense-spared props scattered liberally across acres of mixed terrain, ranging from woodland, meadows, open fields to dense jungle zones.

Game Zones:
There's a large choice of mission themes including some hen specific games all played in 10 game zones each with a unique and exciting theme:
Baptism of Fire, Hostile Territory, Howitzer Mayhem, Fuel Dump Raiders, Trench Wars, Armored Fist, The Traitor, Beach Head, Buzz Bomb Raid and The Stokade.

Equipment:
The 3 different types of gun on offer all use compressed air instead of inferior, inconsistent CO2 like the majority of other paintball sites. The choices are:
Tippmann 98s, BT-4 Combats & Tippmann Pro Carbine Snipers.
All are amazingly accurate and powerful.

Smoke bombs and paintball grenades top off an impressive array of available weaponry.

Props:
With real 15 ton tanks, aircrafts and a cold war era US ARMY M752 tactical nuclear missile launcher amongst a plethora of other heavy-duty war equipment, we've never seen anything like it!

Paintballs:
You'll get 100 paintballs to start you off and every extra 100 will cost you only £5!
Chip in together and buy 1000 for £45 - £4.50 per 100!
