Albeit a little late, Matt - our butler - was very professional and behaved perfectly. He read the situation very well attending on those girls who wanted a bit more attention than others and really got into the swing of it re drinking games etc.

The butler was punctual but the first thing he told us what that he had never done a breakfast before! He was nice but not very experienced. He should have been briefed beforehand on what was expected

Our butler was lovely! as soon as he came in he was straight to work! a hen do i had been to before had a butler and he was rubbish! Mike also had some really cool games he had planned for us and brought baloons with him etc which was a really nice touch :-) he told us a litte about manchester too and where was good to go which was nice as he took that out of his own personal time!
