The instructors are very experienced at teaching climbing and abseiling to novices so you know you are in good hands when you slowly ascend and rapidly descend a variety of peaks around the country.

You will begin on easy routes and progress to harder ones depending on your ability, with the instructors always checking your ropes to make sure no harm can come to you. For the very nervous amongst you, abseils begin at 6 feet but for the bold you can go for the full monty of 90 feet.
