A town that's renowned as the place people get sent to as a punishment definitely has some issues. Sort of a Midlands Australia I suppose.

The nightlife does go off, mainly because of the large student population, and the town does benefit from being able to share activity centres with nearby Birmingham. Despite this, though, I'd rather be sent to Sydney.
