Overview:
Get the lads out for a kick around the pitch at this new state-of-the-art indoor 5-a-side football centre. The £10 million centre features 11 fully enclosed pitches that feature FieldTurf, a type of synthetic playing surface that is FIFA approved. An artificial surface that perfectly replicates the playing conditions of real grass, the FieldTurf promises to be easy on the knees should you take a nasty tumble!

Split the boys into to teams for a 'winner takes all' tournament or just knock it about in a friendly showboat session. How the game runs is up to you.

A fully licensed sports bar screening live football matches is also located on site, giving punters the perfect opportunity to kick back and quench their thirst post-match!

Duration:
- 5-a-side matches are held in 1 hour sessions.

With moves that'd make your fella's jaw hit the floor, you'll be seductively sliding down the pole, spinning round and throwing in some sexy moves in no time at all.

And you won’t be doing it in any old dance studio either, we figure, the best way to get you into the ‘pole zone’ is to put you in a Gentlemen’s club where the real pole pro’s get to grips.

At this stunning venue, you’ll have plenty of poles to accommodate large groups, professional lighting, a P.A to create a nightclub feel and a main stage. And the club is closed during the day, so there’s no need to worry about peeping Tom’s.

Overview:
What goes up must come down! Scale a challenging rock face before abseiling back down to terra firma. The difficulty of your climb and the height of your abseil are entirely up to you, making this is as much a mental challenge as a physical one!

The experienced instructors will be on hand to guide you through the finer points of climbing before starting you off on a relatively simple climb up the ice sculpted limestone scarp of Eglwyseg. Once you've found your feet, you can push on to more tricky climbs if you feel ready. Once you've scaled the heights there's only one way down: abseil. 

The abseils range from 6ft to 90ft. Our advice: full of bravado, demand that you do the 90ft drop and that the stag goes first. When the terror stricken stag is half way down, have a group change of heart and switch to less frightening height. Recounting exactly how petrified the stag looked staring over the precipice always makes for a top story in a best man's speech.

Overview:
It's you vs the water in this canoeing & kayaking session. Whether you're experienced on the water or a complete novice, the session will be tailored to meet your requirements.

You can have a serious lesson where you can learn skills such as capsize drill, turning strokes, surf stops and rapid paddling, but if you'd rather just mess about on the river, drown the stag and play kayak football you can do that too.

Unlike other venues which are dependant on dam releases to produce challenging water conditions, this exclusive area of the River Dee has been modified to provide play waves and stoppers as well as mini rapids, so there's guaranteed white water all year round.

Overview:
Teppanyaki cooking involves a large open hotplate grill around which all the hungry punters pull up a pew and watch the chef cook - except rather than just cooking, it's more like a performance, with juggling salt mills, huge bursts of flame, juggling of morsels, and then a spectacular flick and tennis serve straight into your mouth.

This kind of cookery lesson is one-of -a-kind - you'll also get to learn how to hand-roll sushi - a skill that every budding heatlh-food-addict should learn! Definitely a winner for when you're at a dinner party in a few months time, and you're able to dazzle the crowds with some acrobatic cookery!

You'll then get to sample your culinary delights as part of a three-course meal! Awesome.

Overview:
Forget horse racing; this is the real sport of kings. With a fully qualified instructor, you will rotate through a variety of traps (so named because originally they contained real pigeons). You will begin with a 15 clay practice before commencing a 15 clay friendly competition.

The instructors are well versed at dealing with novices and will quickly have you blasting the clays to smithereens on the easier traps. They will then move you onto the more advanced ones, depending on how they rate your group’s ability. Bear in mind that the techniques needed change as you move from trap to trap so anyone too cocky after the first few clays may be looking pretty sheepish by the end of the day!
