This is a two and a half to three hour session and how it is run depends entirely on you. Instruction and all the equipment is provided. If you want to have a serious lesson then you will be taught skills such as capsize drill, turning strokes, surf stops and rapid paddling. If, on the other hand, you just want to dick about, drown your mates or colleagues and have a game of kayak football, that is fine too.
