Overview: After changing into your fencing gear and finding your weapon of choice, a two-time Olympic silver medallist (Moscow and Barcelona) and European champion fencer will give the lads a brief introduction to the sport of fencing. Erno Kolcsonai will give basic instructions on how to lunge at your mate and how to defend his attacks. This activity really gets the adrenalin going because not only do you compete with the lads, but the basic survival instincts also come to the surface here. Expect to sweat, and have a good physical workout. Go toe to toe with another in a round robin event and then see who's the best in a semi-final, final event finish. What to Bring: - Bring light gym wear, shorts for the summer if you can take a poke in the leg.
