Overview:
Handbrake turns and powersliding form part of the course, but this time with a slightly different angle. Other challenges will include:
- J Turns: You've seen them in all the classic car chase movies. Reverse back at high speed and spin the car around 180 degrees. As you’re spinning select forward drive to accelerate out of the spin. Resulting in a spectacular display, each driver will be given plenty of practice to ensure they master this dazzling technique.
- Cops N’ Robbers Chase: Two identical BMW's will be on offer - one is the getaway car, the other the police car.
Try and get away from one of your instructors as he chases after you on the rally stage before switching roles as you close in on the getaway driver. About the only place you can do this and still keep hold of your licence!
Additional Stunt Cars:
- Vauxhall Omega Auto (the auto makes J-Turns easier).
- Ford Thunderbird 3.8 V6 Auto (yes, an imported ‘yank tank’ for full effect that is subject to availability as the venue has only got one and it's not the most reliable car in the world!).
Duration:
- Half day: Stunt. 9-00am to 12.30pm or 1-00pm to 4-30pm.
- Full day: Rally and Stunt. 9-00am to 4-30pm.
Notes:
- Full Drivers Licence required.
- Four people per instructor.
- This event is fully mobile and can be taken to other sites for an additional cost.
- There is food and drink available at the venue and participants will be given refreshments throughout the day.
- Minimum group size is 8.
- All equipment and instruction is included.
