Bristol Pool Night

Overview
Not only is pool a great way to get everyone's competitive streak out in the open, but it's also a great way for members of the group who might not know each other too well to get acquainted over some pool table banter! Who'll be the John Virgo of the group, and who'll flop like Jim Davidson's career after Big Break!?

Set yourselves up for some doubles matches, go for a one-on-one marathon tournament, try a trickshot tournament, or get everyone in for some killer pool. We provide the setting, the way the game is played is up to you - i.e. we'll leave you to fight it out with eachother whether or not 'Two penalty shots on the black' is a genuine English pool rule (Tip: It's legit - we checked with the English Pool Association.)

Format
We'll book you regular English pool tables by default, however if you would like American pool, just ask us when you book - and we'll ensure you recieve the correct tables on arrival at the club. You'll have use of the table for a good few hours, while receiving table service from your very own waitress, who can serve you up some excellent drinks deals. (No, you can't keep her.) If you and the group are up for some banter, you can ask the waitress for a match - They're always game!

There's always the advantage of being able to try your hand at some of the other sports available if you wish... Darts and Power Snooker anyone?

There are a host of great deals on food and drink at the venue, however you'll have access to exclusive chillisauce food deals through your members area - all you have to do is print your flyer or save it to your phone, show it on arrival at the venue, and you'll be able to purchase some great deals on food!

Did not make pool night as time and distance to venue made difficult to get to with plans made for evening.

The pool hall was a good place that catered for us in that we could watch the football on the big screen as well as shoot some pool in the breaks. The place was clean, tidy and welcoming and the tables were available for us and he said we could hold them as long as we wanted. People really liked the place as it was a good open starting place for a night out. The big problem was the fact that there was only one member of staff who served on the bar, cooked all our food (as most of us ate there) and clear tables. This meant quite long waits at the bar and in the end we moved on quickly after the football as people wanted to drink more and faster. It was a shame as we had rung earlier in the day so he knew we were coming and had he had more staff I have no doubt we would have stayed longer and spent a lot more behind the bar.

Extraordinary value for money for limitless pool, cheap food and endless amounts of vodka shots. Good time had by all.

Quiet end to our weekend on the Sunday afternoon. The perfect way to unwind.

Perfect way for us to wind down after a hard 2 nights on the drink. 3 tables open for us and could play as much as we wanted. They even put on the Rangers v Celtic game for us.
