Overview:
The new craze to hit the pampering world involves your feet and little wriggly fish- an eclectic combination- but with winning results.  The ultimate foot cleansing experience, The Garra Rufa Pedicure, involves sinking your feet into a warm basin of water & watching the little fish exfoliate all the dead skin off your feet leaving you with silky smooth tootsies. It is a huge hit so far and in demand all over the UK.  We've sorted out a great session for your Hen weekend, an ideal morning/afternoon giggling with the girls whilst watching the twee wrigglers work their magic!

Included:
-20 minute treatment, per person
-Complimentary cuppa tea/coffee or glass of Bucks Fizz/sparkling wine

Notes:
- There is only space for 6 people per session, so if you have a large group you will have to split the group up into different time slots.
- If you book an early evening slot, you are welcome to take along some wine to enjoy over your pedicure.

Fish Pedicure Trivia:
The Garra Rufa fish, also known as ‘The Doctor Fish,’ ’Nibble Fish’ and ‘The Little Dermatologist,’ is native to the waters of Turkey and the Middle East and has been used locally in skin treatments for hundreds of years.  The fish are renowned for numerous healing benefits including exfoliation, cleansing and softening the skin.

The fish have no teeth so there is no danger of getting nipped!  Fish therapy is completely painless and is generally compared to receiving a tingling massage. It will stimulate pressure points helping to regulate the nervous system, relax the body and release fatigue.
