Overview:
Airsoft is paintball on steroids. Making use of realistic pistols, sniper rifles and rapid fire assault rifles and that can spit out blistering rounds of 6mm plastic pellet balls at an astionishing rate, it will have your heart pumping like a bastard in no time! The guns are accurate up to 60 meters, 3 times the accurate range of paintball markers.

To be honest we have no idea why its called Airsoft because if you catch a spray across the fleshy part of your legs you'll squeal like a little girl and jump higher and run faster than you have done in years.

Format:
Game sessions unfold in a similar manner to paintball. You'll be split into platoons and fight each other to obtain specific objectives. Realistic battle scenarios include: SAS Style Hostage rescue - Downed Pilot - Jungle Warfare - Defending the Embassy - Protecting a VIP and more. The scenarios are set in dense woodland, with a large number of excellent props setting off natural obstacles such as streams and ravines.

Included:

Duration:
- Each game around 30 mins
- Allow around 4 hours in total

Notes:
- We suggest that those with a low pain threshold bring their own gloves and hats. The balls can sting sometimes if they get you in the right spot.

Overview:
Experience the most varied and exciting quad bike adventure in the country. The safari adventure includes a variety of fast open ground, challenging woodland terrain and technical hilly sections.

Expert tuition will ensure guests achieve the most from their Honda 250 quad bikes. The Quad bikes are fitted with an advanced, easy to use electronic gearshift system, which makes them fun and adaptable for all ages.

We offer a variety of safari options, from a 1 hour trek around the farm’s woods to our advanced 2 hour course which includes a trek, advanced tuition and our technical time trial. Each safari can be tailored to suit the age, ability and experience of the group. It is advised that adventurers wear appropriate outdoor clothing, boots, wellies or trainers depending on the weather.

All essential protective equipment will be provided and up to 6 people will ride per session.

Overview:
Gear up for an action packed day of motorised activities and adrenaline pumping shooting activities. This easily accessible and centrally based site extends over 300 acres. The Rivers Anchor and Sence flow through the heart of the site, providing excellent opportunities for all-terrain driving and a host of other activities. All we can do is recommend you don't wear anything white as it's bound to wind up another colour by the end of the day!
Off Road Kart Racing
Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines! Teams or individuals compete around a timed course to complete the circuit in the fastest possible time. The course follows a challenging series of turns and fast straights around a grass track. The karts are easy to drive as they have only an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal.
The Karts:
The high specification 400cc Gemini Liberator off road karts are ideally suited to all-terrain track racing. Using the very best components available, including Honda engines with electric start and with an adjustable seat to suit all sizes, they provide a comfortable ride.
Capable of speeds up to 40mph, the Gemini Liberator karts are the ultimate in off road karting. With the ability to travel over muddy fields, grass, sand and gravel, you can enjoy all the thrills of off road karting without going to a racetrack.
Track:
The course follows a challenging series of turns and fast straights around a grass track. The course can often be adapted to suit group requirements, should a more or less demanding track be required. The karts are easy to drive having simply an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal.

Duration:
1.5 hours
Quad Biking
Quad biking is a demanding 1 ½ hour event done in teams of 4-6 people. The session commences with a safety briefing where riders are shown how to handle the quads and how to get the most out of the machines and a practice on the course. Teams or individuals compete around a timed course to complete the circuit in the fastest possible time. Riders alternate at regular intervals to make sure that all participants have equal race time on the course. With the team event, lap times are pooled to give the total team race time and overall positions, whilst individually lap times are averaged to find the winner.

The Quads:
Yamaha Breeze 125's with 125cc engines.
Notes:
- You will need to bring outdoor clothing including walking boots/old trainers and waterproof clothing if the weather looks poor. Clothing and footwear may get wet and muddy during the race. Overalls are available to wear over clothing.
- Minimum of 8 people; maximum 25 people.
Duration:
Paintball Half-day: 9.30am-1.30pm or 1pm-4.30pm. Full-day: 9.30am-4.30pm.
All other activities: 1½ hours including ½ hour briefing.
Food:
- A variety of catering options are available depending upon the activities which will be carried out. Snacks and drinks are available throughout the day.
- On-Site Buffet: A range of catering options are available on-site including a hot and/or cold buffet, or a BBQ.
- Evening or afternoon dinners are also available in a restaurant; please contact us for a current menu selection.
- Paintballing: A burger lunch is included with all paintball bookings.

Special Weapons and Tactics:
Be part of an elite paramilitary tactical unit and train to perform high-risk operations that fall outside the abilities of regular officers. You'll learn how to perform hostage rescues and counter-terrorism operations, serve high risk arrest, subdue barricaded suspects, and engage heavily-armed criminals.

Your SWAT team will be equipped with specialised paintball markers fitted with torches. These shooters are M4 Carbine 300psi replicas and pack a real punch. You'll also be armed with stun grenades and specialised equipment including heavy body armour, masks and camouflage gear.

The Setting:
The atmospheric site, centred around a large derelict building is the perfect setting for your SWAT training. All your training, communications and verbal will be from highly trained and extensively experienced military men who'll put you through your paces. You'll crawl through tunnels, navigate round obstacles, use stealth and then brute force to enter rooms filled with stainless steel enemies who need to be taken down with a few accurate headshots. Smoke and tense music help distort your sense of perception and increase the tension as you throw your grenade into a dark room and charge in.

Incomparably unique and unbelievably exhilarating, this brand-spanking-new activity is a big step above your average stag-do fare. Pacifists and pansies need not apply, men, let's kick the hinges off this one!

Format:
- 10.30am arrive
- 11am briefing / test fire / kit fit
- 12pm-1.30pm SWAT Training
- 2pm-3.30pm SWAT Training
- 3.30pm-4.30pm put all your training together and do a full run of kicking ass in this incredible SWAT team scenario.

Included:
- Professional military training from experienced soldiers
- Combat techniques including close combat battle, hostage rescues, counter-terrorism operations, subduing barricaded suspects, and engaging and neutralising heavily-armed criminals.
- Marker with torch (M4 Carbine 300psi replica), all protective gear
- 1 grenade each – level 5 pyrotechnics
