Overview:
There's no better social skill to have as a budding chef than to be able to emerge from the kitchen with a freshly-cooked dish, and be able to advise your friends on which wines taste fantastic with the meal you've just cooked!
You can learn these vital skills right in the heart of Amsterdam, at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant.

Format:
Fifteen’s sommelier takes you through different wine-food pairings commonly used in the Italian cuisine. Taste some beautiful wines in combination with different homemade mediterranian foods and see and taste the effect of the right wine with the right dish. Afterwards enjoy a dinner in the restaurant,of course with a matching wine package if you wish!

Duration:
45 Minutes (A longer session can be arranged for a small fee)

Notes:
The maximum group size for this is 15 people, if there are more of you, you can combine with another workshop.
